Job Summary
Coordinate total patient care with the multidisciplinary treatment team by planning, documenting, and implementing physician orders. Accurately report patient conditions, prepare daily clinical notes, and facilitate psych-education groups while ensuring timely documentation of treatment plan updates. Complete nursing health screens for new admissions and participate in case conferences and in-services as needed. Requires Practical Nurse licensure, one year of experience, and certifications in BLS and non-violent crisis intervention. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Practical Nurse Licensure in the state of operation
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Certification in Basic Life Support
- Certification in non-violent crisis intervention
- Proof of full COVID vaccination or approved exemption request
