Job Summary
Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs, supporting safe transitions from hospital or rehab teams to ongoing home care. Deliver expert clinical interventions for infants, children, and adults while training and mentoring the care team to maintain quality standards. Requires current LPN licensure, home care trach/vent/NICU/PICU/ICU experience, passing high-tech simulations, and CPR certification. Ability to work in a teaching setting, commit to an ongoing consistent schedule, and travel throughout Ocean County, NJ. Full-time or part-time daytime and overnight options available with weekly pay ranging up to $47/hr.
Required Qualifications
- current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
- Home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU experience
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
- Ability to travel throughout Ocean County
