Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence. Administer medications, feedings, and oxygen; perform ostomy care as needed. Accurately document nursing actions, communicate with families and case managers, and inform physicians of changes in medical conditions. Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are always on hand. Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
