Job Summary
Provide nursing services in home health settings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following the patient’s plan of care and agency policies. Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments, assist physicians and/or RNs with the plan of care and specialized procedures, and conduct patient and family instruction on diet, medications, and treatment. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and a current Florida LPN license; minimum experience in home health care is preferred and IV certification is a plus. PRN/part-time role in Ocala, FL with benefits and opportunities for continuing education and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current Florida LPN license
- Minimum one year experience and/or training in home health care (preferred)
- Intravenous (IV) Certification (preferred)
