Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and treatments as ordered by the physician, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the RN case manager and physician. Administer medications, perform wound care, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management. Accurately document patient care and progress while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals. This part-time or PRN role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and same-day pay options with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings, and PTO.
