Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications, and inspect for injuries or bedsores to deliver appropriate treatments. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Full-time days or nights shifts with flexible scheduling options including part-time and PRN. Competitive pay of $22-$28 per hour with daily pay available and no overtime required. Requires current unrestricted LPN license, graduation from a practical nursing program, and at least 1200 hours of experience. Reliable transportation to care sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice's preceptor program
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
