Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Sanford Home Health Fargo in a full-time, day-shift role providing one-on-one patient care in the home. Responsibilities include administering a variety of treatments and medications, documenting and maintaining records, participating in care planning and evaluation, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN license; 40-hour work week with M-F schedule, call rotation every third weekend, and potential IV therapy requirements per North Dakota standards. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Depending on location, a valid drivers license may be required
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
