Job Summary
Provide nursing services in compliance with agency policy, state, and federal regulations under RN supervision. Observe patients, report adverse medication or treatment reactions to the Clinical Coordinator, and assist physicians or RNs with specialized procedures. Perform patient and family instruction regarding diet, medication, and treatment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for seamless care. Deliver individualized skilled nursing and therapy services to help patients recover and maintain independence at home in Sarasota County. Weekend and holiday rotations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license
- Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
- Requires 1-2 years of LPN experience
- weekend and holiday rotations required
- M-F 40 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Home health care experience preferred
- Intravenous (IV) Certification strongly preferred
