Job Summary
Provide nursing services in compliance with agency policy, state, and federal regulations under RN supervision. Observe patients, report adverse medication reactions to the Clinical Coordinator, and assist physicians or RNs in executing care plans and specialized procedures. Perform patient and family instruction regarding diet, medication, and treatment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for seamless, holistic care. Work full-time M-F (40 hours) with weekend and holiday rotations required. Active Florida LPN licensure and one to two years of experience are essential; home health and IV certification are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license
- Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program
- Requires 1-2 years of LPN experience
- weekend and holiday rotations required
- M-F 40 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Home health care experience preferred
- Intravenous (IV) Certification strongly preferred
