Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents as cherished members of the community, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals while applying knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations governing long-term care facilities. Make independent decisions to ensure residents receive the support they need, balancing constant busyness with a commitment to giving your best. This role requires an active Virginia LPN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and preferred experience in long-term care. Full-time employment includes all shifts, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
