Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents as cherished members of the community at Heritage Hall, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. Maintain an active Virginia LPN license and apply knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations governing long-term care facilities. Communicate effectively with diverse individuals while making independent decisions to ensure residents feel valued and supported. This full-time role includes a $5000 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care preferred
