LPN - Hematology Oncology

Deliver direct patient care including IV therapy within the Hematology Oncology unit under the direction of a registered nurse. Manage assigned duties by directing and assisting ancillary nursing staff while interacting with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality personalized care. Utilize the nursing process for data gathering, planning, and evaluation to address physical, psycho-social, and safety criteria for patients of all ages. Maintain professional development and required clinical credentials while adapting to rapid unit changes with minimal supervision.
