Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN under supervision in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, assisting with feeding, dressing, and mobility; monitoring vital signs; maintaining accurate documentation; collaborating with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals; following infection control protocols; advocating for residents; and supporting compassionate, patient-centered care. Must have completed an accredited LPN/LVN program and hold an active LPN license. New graduates welcome. Proficiency with EMR/nursing documentation and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required
