Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders, while monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans, cultivating meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs. This role requires current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification, with one year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
