LPN

LPN in the Healogics Wound Care Center, under the direction of an RN/Provider, provides wound-related and basic nursing care per center and hospital policies. Responsibilities include administering care under BLS and hospital protocols, assisting in vein clinic as assigned after training, supporting intake and discharge processes, potential case management assistance, collecting patient information, preparing equipment, reporting quality issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager, coordinating with team on therapeutic interventions, and performing additional duties such as hyperbaric therapy-related tasks and scribe activities as trained. Must adhere to CMS, regulatory, and accreditation requirements and demonstrate strong communication, organization, prioritization, and teamwork skills; capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and maintaining patient safety and care quality.
