Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments by observing patient behaviors. Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals and celebrate their victories. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient experience preferred. Full-time role with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, offering tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
