Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient victories throughout recovery. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and preferred inpatient or rehabilitation experience. Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
