LPN

Center Medical Specialist role based in Grifols plasma donation centers; perform donor assessments including physical exams and medical history to determine donor suitability, build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, educate donors on health and test results, evaluate donor injuries/adverse events, assist in employee training, and administer Hepatitis Vaccine program. Requires licensure/certification as RN/LPN/LVN/Paramedic/EMT and CPR certification; physical duties include standing/sitting for extended periods, bending, lifting, vision and hearing requirements, and exposure to biological fluids in a plasma center. Strong customer service, documentation, and ability to work independently within guidelines are essential.
