LPN

Conduct physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and provide education on health risks and counseling for unacceptable results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and histories of illness or medications. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in staff training. Maintain donor awareness regarding potential hazards. Requires current state licensure as an LPN or LVN, CPR certification, and experience in plasma donation environments.
