Perform physical examinations, establish medical histories, and evaluate donor suitability to determine eligibility for plasma donation. Build rapport with donors, ensure confidentiality, and provide education on general health while counseling regarding unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and employee training needs, including administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program. Work independently in a plasma center environment with exposure to biological fluids and extreme cold, requiring standing, bending, and light lifting up to 50lbs.
