LPN

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments while reinforcing support and delivering health care instructions to patients and families. Participate in team planning, implement nursing care, and assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge. Observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals, record patient responses on charts, and maintain environmental conditions for patient comfort and safety. Assist with unit management or assume charge of the unit as assigned.
