Job Summary
LPN Graduate Nurse Acute Care Days role providing direct patient care under supervision, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications and treatments, and contributing to care planning and documentation. Responsibilities include wound care, catheterization, specimen collection within scope, assisting with procedures, supporting orientation of new staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining infection control standards, and responding to medical emergencies within competency. Requires licensure as an LPN within 90 days, BCLS, NRP, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, STABLE, and various state-specific certifications as detailed; daytime, full-time shift in Moberly, MO.
Required Qualifications
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure within 90 days of employment required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation required
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required
- NIH - NIH Stroke Scale Certification required
- STABLE certification within 6 months of employment required
- State Specific Requirements for MO: ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required per hospital policy
