Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document resident vital signs, symptoms, and medical history, and provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Full-time 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of Louisiana
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
