Job Summary
Flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) GIG role across Mercy Hospital facilities in Missouri. Float between multiple sites (BH, ED, ICU, MS) with PRN/flex shifts and no guaranteed hours; choose day or night shifts as available. W-2 position with $30/hour plus variable shift incentives; min 12 hours every 90 days, max 30 hours/week. Requires LPN licensure, recent bedside experience (1 year for Med–Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU), BLS (and ACLS/PALS where applicable), IV certification; Epic experience preferred. Facilities include Mercy St. Louis, Jefferson, South, Washington, Lincoln, Perry, Southeast, and Stoddard in Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license
- BLS
- ACLS (for Critical Care/ED as applicable)
- PALS (for ED)
- IV certification
- Epic experience (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year recent bedside LPN experience (Med Surg)
- Minimum 2 years recent bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU
