LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Stoddard and Surrounding Communities

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under RN supervision while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care across departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Medical-Surgical units. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information while floating between designated Mercy Hospital facilities. Participate in scheduling a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days and remain available on short notice for last-minute shift cancellations. Requires IV certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS depending on specialty, and ability to lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing. Earn $30/hour plus variable shift incentives as a W-2 employee with flexible 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts.
