LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy South and Surrounding Communities

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider, maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care across departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality. Float between designated Mercy Hospital facilities in St. Louis, Festus, South St. Louis County, Washington, Troy, Perryville, Cape Girardeau, and Dexter. Maintain a current LPN license, hold BLS certification (and ACLS/PALS for ED/ICU), and possess IV certification. Push, pull, or lift 50 pounds regularly while standing and walking for prolonged periods. Schedule a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days with availability for last-minute cancellations.
