LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Jefferson and Surrounding Communities

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under RN supervision while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Coordinate care across departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units at multiple Mercy Hospital facilities. Schedule a minimum of 12 hours every 90 days and remain available on short notice for last-minute cancellations, accepting 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts across various locations in Missouri. Maintain current licensure and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV therapy. Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly while enduring prolonged standing and walking.
