Job Summary
Perform duties of a licensed practical nurse as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, contributing to patient care plans and administering medication with high accuracy. Maintain exam rooms and work environments while documenting nursing care and assisting with patient care during procedures. Support the department by assisting with staff training and clinical matters handled by the departmental assistant. Requires a current Oklahoma LPN license, BLS certification, and at least one to two years of clinical experience. Salary ranges from $18.80 to $30.71 per hour based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- at least 1-2 year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care
- Experience in office clerical activities
