LPN - General Pediatrics Office

LPN to join an outpatient General Pediatrics Office in Albany, performing direct patient care under the direction of the attending physician/RN/Nurse Supervisor. Responsibilities include obtaining and recording vital signs, documenting patient history, communicating with patients and staff, assisting in in-office procedures under supervision, performing diagnostic CLIA-waived testing, handling prescription call-backs per scope of practice, preparing patient charts, maintaining supplies and stocked exam rooms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting patients with access to care. Requires state licensure as an LPN and a High School Diploma/G.E.D.; prior patient-care experience is preferred.
