Job Summary
Experienced LPN to support Gastro Florida’s Brooksville practice. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining medical history and vitals, IV therapy, assisting physicians, maintaining the clinical area and equipment, entering clinical data, providing patient education, coordinating ePrescribing and pre-authorizations, and supporting patient liaison activities. Requires LPN license, 3 years medical office EMR experience, IV experience and certification, and 1 year supervisory/management experience; background check and references required. Preference for GI or specialty practice experience.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license (Required)
- 3 years medical office experience utilizing EMR/practice management systems
- IV experience and certification
- 1 year healthcare supervisory or management experience
- Criminal background and drug screening required
- Excellent professional references
- At least 1 year GI experience or specialty practice experience (preferred)
