Job Summary
LPN to join Sprenger Health Care's healthcare team in a full-time role serving residents across senior living communities. Responsibilities include assessing residents' health, administering medications and immunizations, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, and supporting families. Requires a current, unrestricted LPN license, CPR certification, and prior nursing experience; strong communication, multitasking, and compassionate patient care are essential. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings

- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
