Job Summary
Assess resident health by interviewing patients and obtaining medical histories, administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, and monitor vital signs accurately. Maintain up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records systems while adhering to professional nursing standards and ethical practices. Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations to provide high-quality care to diverse populations. Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations
Desired Qualifications
