Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care to residents in long-term care, under supervision of RN/physician; performs assessments, administers medications, documents care, communicates with residents/families, supports care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary team; evening shift 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with every other weekend/holiday rotation; benefits include health/dental/vision, HSA, 401(k), PTO, sign-on bonus, continuing education, and advancement opportunities; requires LPN license and appropriate education/clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Asscociate degree in practical nursing preferred (AASPN IV therapy where required) or equivalent
- IV therapy/course requirement in ND where applicable
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN or equivalent
- Comply with CEU and competency training requirements
