LPN - Full- Time - PM Shift

Provide nursing care to residents/patients as an LPN under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Clinical Director, including administering medications and treatments, documenting observations and data, and coordinating care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants and other clinical staff on the unit/shift, assisting RNs with assessments and documentation, ensuring timely execution of physicians' orders, maintaining safety and infection control standards, and keeping a clean, sanitary, and efficiently organized work area. Additional duties as assigned. Essential duties emphasize coordination of care with other departments, observation of residents' condition, and ongoing communication to ensure quality patient care.
