Job Summary
As a Full-Time LPN on PM and Part-Time NOC shifts in a 44-bed skilled nursing facility, you’ll perform care assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation across units, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and physicians, and provide high-quality resident care in Verona, WI. Competitive hourly rate starting at $30.50/hr with shift differentials and a $5,000-$7,000 signing bonus; travel stipend for distances over 100 miles; relocation assistance available. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, PTO, and early wage access. Requires Associate Degree in Nursing and an active Wisconsin LPN license; at least two years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
