Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications and treatments as ordered, and documents care outcomes. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident health, comfort, and safety; conducts assessments, contributes to care plans, and communicates with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Requires completion of an approved practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; IV therapy experience may be required per North Dakota standards. Full-time, 12-hour night shifts with eligibility for health benefits and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- IV therapy/management skills as applicable per ND requirements
- Experience or supervised clinical hours across lifespan (minimum 400 hours or equivalent)
- Continuing education requirements as mandated
