Job Summary
Hospitality-focused LPN providing direct nursing care to residents in a senior-living community; responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living, identifying medical/behavioral changes, developing and monitoring care plans, reporting to the Director of Health Services, coordinating nursing care with other disciplines, and ensuring preventative and rehabilitative services according to physician orders. Requires a current LPN license valid in the state worked and willingness to respond to emergencies. Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11pm schedule with $30/hour pay and a $500 sign-on bonus; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with employer match, paid holidays, and more.
