Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Administer or assist with medication according to the Resident Care Plan. Engage residents while monitoring well-being and communicating changes in condition or Care Plan. Collaborate with Wellness Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state intervals; maintain a positive attitude, and work well with the team. Must have a state-approved nursing program graduate credential and current LPN license in NJ; no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Graduate of state approved school of nursing
- Current state license as LPN
- No experience required (welcomes new grads)
