Job Summary
Full Time FLEX LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, with rotating shifts and a FLEX premium. Responsibilities include administering medications/treatments, documenting resident care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedule differential, shift differentials for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- State Licensure as an LPN (currently unencumbered)
- If required IV therapy/management for North Dakota: relevant program or course per ND Board of Nursing
- Minimum 400 hours of clinical experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Possess/maintain required competencies and certifications; CEU requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days/evenings/overnights
- Basic documentation and communication skills
