Job Summary
LPN in a not-for-profit long-term care facility providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing residents, supporting care plans, ensuring resident safety and confidentiality, and adapting to a FLEX schedule with premium differentials and potential sign-on bonus. Must have an active LPN license, complete CEUs, and meet facility competencies; benefits offered for eligible full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license in state
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/evenings/overnights)
- Experience in long-term care setting preferred
