Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including administering medications or treatments, performing testing to evaluate residents' status, and contributing to care plans. Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays with a paid FLEX premium and a sign-on bonus; benefits and ongoing CEU requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Experience or training requirements: minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across the lifespan; IV therapy/management skills per ND requirements if applicable
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain department competencies and certifications; completion of required CEUs annually
