Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in a not-for-profit long-term care facility in Battle Lake, MN as a Full Time FLEX LPN. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an LPN license, ability to administer medications, participate in care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Works rotating day/evening/night shifts with FLEX premium and shift differentials, and may include a $10,000 sign-on bonus; benefits available for qualifying staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
- Completes required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of the department and facility.
