Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our not-for-profit long-term care facility on a Full Time FLEX schedule. The role delivers professional nursing care for residents under supervisory oversight, administers medications and treatments, documents care outcomes, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to support resident health, safety, and wellbeing. The position requires availability across all shifts (days, evenings, overnights) with FLEX premium pay and shift differentials for evenings, weekends, or holidays. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The department emphasizes resident education, care planning, and adherence to age/population-specific standards. Candidates must have completed an approved practical nursing program, hold an LPN license, and commit to ongoing continuing education and competency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Attends ongoing CEU and competency training as required by department/facility.
- IV therapy/management skills if required by North Dakota (specialized requirement in ND).
