Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Full Time FLEX role providing professional nursing care for long-term care residents under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications/treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, and ensuring resident health, safety, and comfort per care plans. Requires LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (associate degree preferred), and clinical experience, with additional pay for FLEX schedule and shift differentials. Benefits available; $10,000 sign-on bonus; flexible schedule with days/evenings/overnights.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, applicable North Dakota requirement (IV therapy course or program) for ND residents
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Maintains department competencies and certifications; completes annual CEU and competency training
