Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; additional IV therapy/clinical experience requirements may apply by state. FLEX Full Time with Days/Evenings/Overnights and rotating shifts; offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits; ability to work within a facility care plan and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- LPN license in good standing
- Possess/maintain required competencies and continuing education
- Experience/education requirements per facility/position
