Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to long-term care residents under supervision, administer medications and treatments, assess needs, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires flexibility across Day/Evening/Overnight shifts, a FLEX schedule with additional shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The LPN must maintain competencies, complete required CEUs, and support resident education and self-care plans aligned with the care plan.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- State Licensure as LPN (unencumbered)
