Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, contributing to assessments, documenting interactions, and supporting care plans. Requires completion of an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; promotes safe, confidential care and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. This Full Time FLEX role offers a flexible schedule (days/evenings/overnights) with shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- If IV therapy/management is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is included or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Experience/clinical supervision in life-span nursing as part of curriculum or equivalent experience (minimum 400 hours as LPN at another facility)
