LPN - Full Time FLEX - LTC

TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications or treatments as ordered, and participates in care planning and documentation. Applies nursing principles to residents across the lifespan, demonstrates competency in clinical tasks, communicates clearly with residents, families, and the care team, and supports an interdisciplinary approach to care. The role requires flexibility to cover multiple shifts (days/evenings/overnights) and to work within a facility’s FLEX scheduling, with shift differentials for evenings, weekends, or holidays, and may include a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes patient safety, confidentiality, education, and ongoing professional development within a not-for-profit senior care environment.
