LPN - Full Time FLEX - LTC

Provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision, including medication administration, assessment, and care planning. Maintain confidentiality, document resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical and psychosocial needs. Demonstrate nursing knowledge across the lifespan, support resident education and self-care, and respond to emergent situations. This role requires flexibility across day, evening, and overnight shifts with a FLEX premium and potential shift differentials; employs a patient-centered approach in a not-for-profit senior care environment.
