Job Summary
LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision, with responsibilities including medication administration, care planning, patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This Full Time FLEX position offers a base rate of $27+/hour, plus a FLEX premium of $5/hour and shift differentials for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a licensed practical nurse with an accredited program background, licensure in good standing, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a not-for-profit long-term care facility. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with benefits eligibility. The position emphasizes patient safety, confidentiality, effective communication, and resident education to support self-care and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license
- Current, unencumbered LPN license
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Ability to perform IV therapy/management as required by ND Board of Nursing (where applicable)
- Minimum of 400 hours of supervised clinical experience as LPN or equivalent
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/evenings/overnights) and FLEX schedule
- Maintain CEU/compliance requirements and nursing competencies
